PETER MCCLEARY
DIRECTOR, PORTFOLIO OPERATIONS
Peter McCleary is Director, Portfolio Operations at Nucleus Advisors, where he helps drive the execution of client and team priorities across portfolio operations, service, and account administration. Known for his collaborative style and strong sense of direction, he plays an important role in connecting teams, improving coordination, and helping deliver a thoughtful, high-touch client experience.
Since joining Nucleus in 2019, Peter has become a trusted partner across complex client workflows and operational initiatives, supporting areas including investment operations, alternative investments, account administration, and cross-functional coordination. He is recognized for his responsiveness, organization, and ability to bring structure and follow-through to high-priority client and operational matters.
Before joining Nucleus, Peter built a strong foundation in financial services through roles spanning wealth management, financial planning, and institutional operations. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact within the communities around him.
