Jordan Waxman is the Managing Partner of Nucleus Advisors, a private wealth planning and investment management practice dedicated to helping clients navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. His commitment to continuous growth reflects a core belief that developing future leaders is essential to the team’s enduring success and its mission of being WITH people.

Throughout his career, Jordan has remained deeply committed to mentorship, leadership development, and philanthropy. Beyond his work with clients and colleagues, he serves on McGill University’s Law Faculty Advisory Board, Regional Advisory Board, Advancement Council, Leaders Alliance, and Strategic Giving Council. He is also a sponsor of the Scarlet Key Society and Waxman Entrance and Difference Makers Scholarships at McGill University and the Waxman Difference Makers Scholarships at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and High Point University. In addition, Jordan serves as Chairman of Toklas Philanthropy Labs.

Prior to co-founding Nucleus Advisors, Jordan was a Senior Vice President of Investments at Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Vice President at Goldman Sachs. He has also shared his wisdom as a lecturer within McGill University's Faculties of Law and Management.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts, a Juris Doctor (J.D.), and a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) from McGill University and his MBA from the University of Chicago. A lifelong learner, Jordan has also earned his third advanced degree—an LL.M. in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law from the University of Miami—further strengthening Nucleus’ capabilities in serving athletes, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and other creative professionals.

Jordan and his wife, Caren reside in South Florida and are proud parents of three adult children. Jordan embraces pursuits that challenge both mind and body, including marathon running, triathlon, long-distance ocean swimming, writing, performing and recording music, cooking, baking and exploring new ideas, disciplines, and perspectives.
