Simon joined Nucleus in May of 2024 as a Registered Client Associate and is a key component of Nucleus’ growing Client Service team. He is a NexGen leader that assists in money movements, cash management, and speaking with clients to help ensure client operational tasks run smoothly from conception to completion.
Simon has truly brightened Nucleus’ already illuminating culture. Simon connects deeply with others. He is known for the compassion, character, and energy he puts behind supporting other NexGens as together they consider how make better life decisions and develop a deeper understanding of the path that leads to greater purpose.
Simon believes differing opinions are best viewed through a positive, broad, refined lens. He has discovered that broadening one’s comfort zone is always challenging, but it is also the fastest path toward discovering peace and success—especially when it comes to accepting feedback from others. He is also passionate about normalizing conversations around personal finance to help people feel more confident talking about this essential topic, while also educating others along the way.
Simon grew up in a suburb of Cincinnati, OH, and then moved out west to attend the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. After receiving his degree, he started out in sales and then decided to pivot to follow his main interests in behavioral finance and financial planning. Simon spent three years at Robert W. Baird, one year in their Financial Advisor Training program in Milwaukee and another two years as a Client Specialist in Jersey City. Simon holds both the Series 7 and 66 licenses.

He lives every day with the belief that being a curious person is a great way to authentically form relationships and both broaden and deepen life experiences.
Simon is a runner and cyclist and is currently training for the 2024 NYC marathon. He will never say no to trying something new and enjoys forming his own opinion. After living in Cincinnati, Salt Lake City, and Milwaukee; he is happy to be living his city kid dreams and is feeling very settled in the NYC metropolitan area.
You can catch him at Madison Square Garden, going to concerts, or watching the Knicks, or Utah Jazz, when they come into town! Simon has also combined his interests of traveling and ‘the outdoors’ by making a life goal of visiting all 63 US National Parks. So far, he has been to 25 National Parks!!
