The 12 principles
Withness® starts wherever you are
– with whoever is present.
Withness® is not a solo sport—
it is a team sport.
Withness® is easy to keep up
with—hard to catch up to.
Withness® is essential to small group progress and enterprise momentum.
Withness® is a means to a new beginning—no matter what the
past was like.
Withness® does not judge—there is
no first place or last place in withness
— only inspiration and support.
Withness® is surrounding yourself
with people that want to learn FROM you and share WITH you equally.
Withness® emerges mutually within
Withness® is more noticeable when
you aren’t in it, than when you are.
Withness® is about being present,
not about being perfect.
Withness® owns the problem and
asks “how can I help?”
Withness® gets harder to live deeply, the longer you allowed relationships to live in the shallows.
